How It Works

How It Works A Seamless Vehicle Shipping Experience

Submit Your Shipping Request
The first step in our vehicle transport process begins with submitting a shipping request. You can easily reach us through our website, by phone, via text message, or by email—whichever method is most convenient for you. To provide you with the most accurate and efficient shipping solution, we’ll collect the following key details:
  • Pickup and Delivery Locations: Please provide the ZIP codes or city names for both the origin and destination.
  • Type of Transport Service: Choose between an open carrier (cost-effective and widely used) or an enclosed trailer (ideal for high-value or classic vehicles).
  • Vehicle Information: Include the vehicle’s year, make, and model so we can ensure proper handling and pricing.
  • Operational Status: Let us know if the vehicle is operable—specifically, whether it starts, moves under its own power, and brakes without assistance.
  • Shipping Timeframe: Tell us if your shipment is time-sensitive or if you have a specific pickup or delivery date in mind.
  • Contact Details: Share your full name, email address, and phone number so we can prepare and deliver your customized quote promptly.
Receive Your Customized Estimate
Our experienced team reviews all relevant factors to provide an accurate and competitive quote. Your dedicated sales executive will evaluate details such as distance, driver availability, vehicle size, weight, ground clearance, and condition.
Contrary to common belief, longer distances don’t always mean higher costs—if we already have drivers on that route, your cost could be significantly reduced.
Other factors we take into consideration to provide you with the estimate is the length of the vehicle and its condition, vehicle type and height, vehicle ground clearance and curb weight, and finally its running condition. We’ll offer you estimates for both open and enclosed transport, with transparent insurance coverage options. Our goal is to offer maximum value while prioritizing your vehicle’s safety.
Choose Your Service & Sign the Contract Agreement
After reviewing all the available options, we opt out to you with all the transport options available.Once you select your preferred shipping method, we gather the final details—pickup timeframe, vehicle availability, and its condition. We draft a clear and detailed contract that ensures everything is in writing, eliminating misunderstandings or hidden charges.
Our certified team will send you the agreement electronically for easy review and signature. We stand by our promises—no hidden fees, no surprises. Once signed, we’ll schedule your pickup.
Vehicle Pickup
On your scheduled date, our driver will arrive at the designated pickup location. A thorough inspection of your vehicle will be conducted, and any pre-existing damage will be documented in the Bill of Lading (BOL).
The hauler is prechecked with the necessary checklist to ensure it is clean and safe for transport. Your vehicle will be carefully loaded, positioned, and securely strapped in for the journey and make sure it goes on in and out in a specific order. The driver will inspect the straps and secure points at every stop.
Vehicle Delivery
Your dedicated executive will keep you informed every step on the way. On delivery day, your vehicle will arrive alongside others being transported, so delivery times may vary depending on the route. Please be informed that on the day of the delivery of your vehicle, we'll most probably be picking up other vehicles and delivering to other customers as well. The driver will deliver along the way to the farthest location. This means closer customers are likely to get their delivery done earlier.
To ensure a smooth drop-off, the driver will arrange to meet at a location with ample space for unloading. It is then the strap holding your vehicle will be removed, the delivery report will be finalized, and the driver will do the following:
  • Inspect the vehicle and provide a delivery report to the customer.
  • Unload the vehicle and hand over the keys at the final destination.
  • If your vehicle originated from a commercial facility, the driver will share any pertinent information provided. We recommend setting aside at least one hour to complete the post-delivery process thoroughly and ensure your complete satisfaction.
