We provide door-to-door vehicle transport services within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations. Our door-to-door service means the assigned carrier will pick up and deliver your vehicle as close to your specified addresses as safety and accessibility permit.

While we don't offer real-time GPS tracking, we can provide updates on your vehicle's location via phone, email, or text upon request. You will receive a 24-hour notice and a 1-2 hour notification prior to pickup, as well as a 24-hour notice and a 1-2 hour notification before delivery. Yes, you or someone at least 18 years old who is authorized to act on your behalf must be present for both the pickup and delivery. This is necessary to conduct a vehicle inspection with the driver and sign the vehicle condition report.
We allow the transport of ONE suitcase, duffle bag, tote, or box of personal belongings weighing up to 100 lbs. However, please note that we are not liable for these items, and we recommend against shipping valuable or irreplaceable belongings. Hazardous materials and liquids are strictly prohibited.
Yes! The carriers we partner with are required to maintain both liability and cargo insurance to cover your vehicle while it is being transported. However, you are still required to maintain your own personal vehicle insurance, as our coverage does not extend to "Acts of God."
Yes, the driver will typically call you a couple of hours prior to both the scheduled pickup and delivery to confirm the arrangements and provide a more precise arrival time.
